Alain Ducasse is one of the most celebrated chef’s on the planet because of his eternal contribution to both the French cuisine and the culinary world as a whole. A spectacular chef and a brilliant businessman, Ducasse and his enterprise operate 24 restaurants across 7 countries, boasting 18 Michelin stars combined across the board.
Spoon’s menu takes you on a journey around the world, celebrating grand culinary traditions from the territories of Mexico, China, England, Tahiti and more. The latter is a unique approach for Ducasse as my association of the Chef has always been with French cuisine. Nevertheless the experience did not disappoint and at a fair price as well.
